I really thought Mirza Teletovic had turned a corner with that 34 point game he had a while back. I was mistaken. His minutes, and thus his scoring, are as inconsistent as ever. There must be some fatal flaw to his game, that I’m not seeing, which causes his lack of playing time.
Could it be that he, perhaps, shoots TOO MANY threes? I know. Such a thing shouldn’t be possible. Though if it were possible, Mirza would be a candidate to do it. 65% of his attempts shots are from downtown. Almost 9 three-attempts per 36. But he takes these shots because he can make these shots. So it shouldn’t really be a problem.
The more likely explanation for his meager minute allotment is that Jason Kidd just straight up hates Bosnians.
