I’m sure Jeff Adrien is a great guy. Good teammate. Whatever. But there is no reason he should be playing as many minutes as he is. 34 minutes for a guy who barely played at the beginning of the year and is likely not in the Bucks’ future plans? 21 minutes for the future of the franchise and fan favorite? 15 minutes for last years 15th overall pick? I don’t get it.
Adrien hasn’t been playing bad, but as I said he is (hopefully) not part of the Bucks’ rebuilding plan. He’s just a guy. A guy who has reached his ceiling. What the Bucks need to be doing is force-feeding minutes to younger players with more potential. It’s not like they need or want to win right now.
