They say the first step to combating addiction is to admit you have a problem. With that in mind:

Where do I go from here? Oh, to be blessed with a more common addiction, such as alcohol or gambling, addictions where there is a large support network of people who have been through the trials and come through stronger for it. Cursed fate! I suffer this affliction alone, no man past or present has any but the most general help to offer me, if they even hear of my plight without openly laughing.
Do not weep for me. DownToBuck is strong, similar addictions have been broken. It is just a matter of time, and of hope.
