Shelvin “The Macksturbator” Mack only gets playing time when Jeff Teague is out. That is the curse (or blessing) of being the third-string PG. He just Macksturbated all over Jeremy Lin and the Lakers, but it’s really only his second good game of the season, and he’s shooting below 40% from the field this year. With Teague and Schröder combining to make perhaps the most feared PG tandem in the NBA, there really is no need to play Mack in most games.
I predict a one-way trip to Europe is somewhere near in this guy’s future. For now, though, I’m going to keep using my clever yet juvenile nickname.
