Damn, Nikola Mirotic has really been killing it lately. I take back what I said about Wiggins being a lock for Rookie of the Year. Given the basketball media’s massive recency bias, I’d say that if Threekola can keep this up, he has a great chance to win it.
Not that it matters, really. Who needs popularity contest awards when you can be secure in your own dominance? His team, thanks at least in part to him, is going to the playoffs. What is Wiggins gonna be doing this summer, calling up LeBron and begging to come back to Cleveland?
