Wizards fans will have you believe that the answer is A. They hate Wittman so much that I think the news of him getting an extension last year caused them all to engage in self-harm. Despite their well-meaning anguish, they are incorrect.
C also may seem a reasonable answer. Otto Porter was the 3rd pick in the 2013 draft, and he has not lived up to his draft position at all. Even under a theoretical worst coach ever he would have to show more to not be labeled a complete and total bust, so one would think. I agree with those sentiments somewhat, but those who answered C are also incorrect.
D is a stupid answer and if you answered D you are stupid.
The correct answer is B. Wittman has not utilized Porter in the best ways, to be sure, but some of the blame has to go to Porter himself for not producing in the minutes he is allotted.
