James Jones 17 Points/5 Threes Full Highlights (5/6/2015)

James Jones is getting a little long in the tooth, and it’s time for him to start searching the league for one last payday. He knows his time with his current team is up, after only a single, marginally disappointing, year. Who can blame him for desiring a change of scenery? His unique talents, talents which led to success on the biggest stage of all, would be useful for many teams. The grass is not always greener on the other side, however. It’s easy to forget that he only ever looked good because of the guy throwing the passes.

Aaron Rodgers is the definition of an elite quarterback, who makes most of his wide receivers look like world-beaters themselves. Jones has shown he cannot replicate his Green Bay stats when removed from the pinpoint passing of A-Rod. Potential free-agent suitors should consider that when deciding on whether to sign him. Is he a product of a system or is he part of the system?
