Consider me a fan of the new Hawks jerseys. Triangles? I love me some god-damn triangles. Neon Colors? The 90’s never left, baby! Sign me up. Hell yeah.
But this business of wearing shorts and jerseys of different colors? BARF. Somebody call the fashion gestapo!
I’m not a fashion expert, so maybe my opinion doesn’t hold much weight, but in a league where every other player has a consistent color draped over their entire body, this new mismatched Hawks scheme just looks garish and out of place. Everyone remembers those horrid Memphis alts from a few years ago, and I thought we made a promise never to repeat those accursed monstrosities. Damn.
