What’s up with the Boston video people and showing random shots of happy fans after a made Celtics basket? It’s weird. I don’t even especially care for close up face shots of the players themselves, and this surpasses that, going into straight-up voyeuristic territory. When I go to a sporting event, I want total certainty that my resting dumb-face won’t be broadcast for the whole world to see. Which means I can never, EVER, go to a Boston Celtics game.
Not like I would anyway. Where are their superstars? That’s the only kind of player I like nowadays. Isaiah Thomas? Marcus Smart? Jae Crowder? Boring. If I wanted to see a bunch of roleplayers I’d go down to the local Y and watch that.
