Twenty-four points is a season high for Nerlens Noel. Great. Awesome. I like it. But his flattop seems to be at a season low right now. That part I don’t like so much. I don’t care about Nerlens’ defensive abilities, I don’t care about his developing offensive talents, I only care about him because he has a perfect column of hair rising majestically from his scalp. If that hair column is shorter than I’ve come to expect, then my interest in Nerlens starts to wane. As it is right now. I can’t even say for sure that his flattop is definitely diminished in height, but it looks like it, and that’s all it takes for me to give up on him.
