This kind of a performance is about all we can expect from Kyle Korver nowadays. Some threes, and free throws from whatever technical foul happens while he’s on the court. His ratio of twos-to-threes attempted isn’t as lopsided as I imagined it would be, but he’s continuing his seasons-long trend of shooting more long bombs than short bombs. Last time it was the opposite was his last year in Utah, a full 8 seasons ago, which happened to be the year he stopped shooting threes halfway through the season so he could get the single-season percentage record.
Most people have forgotten you did that, Kyle, but not I. DownToBuck never forgets.
