The Knicks are starting to fade after their (mainly Porzingis’ actually) hot start, so you know what I’m going to suggest. Michael Beasley. 40 minutes per game. Number 1b option on offense next to Porzingis. They can take turns chucking shots. I don’t feel any compelling need to let other people take shots.
Would it be acceptable to call them “The Twin Towers” or is that still off-limits?
At the very least, even if he doesn’t get to shoot on one out of every two possessions, I would like to see more minutes for Beasley. 18 minutes per game is just not enough. He hasn’t really gotten too many more minutes than that since his first year in Minnesota, but I’m the expert here, and I say he needs more minutes.
