It’s good to see Josh Jackson bounce back a little bit after his terrible, horrible, no good, very bad night against the Rockets last game. He took 13 shots and made none of them, tied with Stanley Johnson for the most futile shooting performance of the season, and probably one of the worst games of the season for any player by any metric. What I’m trying to say is, he sucked big balls that game, but didn’t let that get him down because he scored 20 tonight.
He wasn’t very efficient at all, but you take what you can get. In this case, a couple threes and a whole bunch of free throws. Pretty good! Ignoring that last game, he’s now had a solidly solid stretch of games, scoring well in 3 out of his last 4. Is he turning the corner? No. Is he making the first tentative steps towards maybe thinking about turning the corner? Hell yes!
