Caris LeVert Career High 29 Points Full Highlights (11/2/2018)

The career-highs keep piling up for Caris LeVert. I don’t know if he’s “the man” right now in Brooklyn, but if he isn’t, he should be. D’Angelo Russell has proven himself totally incapable of being “the man”. Same with Joe Harris. And RHJ.

I just want to say that I really liked Brook Lopez being the man for the Nets for all those years. He was great, and now that he’s on the Bucks, I’m a little sad that he doesn’t get to score 20 per game anymore.

The Nets need someone as good as Lopez, basically. And that guy might be LeVert! There’s an oft-repeated phrase in the English language that is something like “damning with faint praise”. Is that what I’m doing to LeVert right now? I hope not, because I legitimately thought that Lopez was good (although my negative stance on his “rebounding” is well known). That makes LeVert good as well, by the associative property.
