It’s jumper time for Mo Bamba. I lost track of how many he made tonight. It’s gotta be less than 8, but not too much less. He was, dare I say, OWNING the ‘Zards with it. Dwight Howard, eat your heart out. You wish your shooting stroke was as smooth as Bamba’s.
This single performance by Bamba has rejuvenated my hope for the Magic. The rest of their roster is still a trainwreck, but with Bamba providing, in no particular order…

…there is light at the end of the tunnel. I am definitely overreacting right now, no doubt about it, but I don’t care. When an athletic young bigman starts splashing J’s, that gets my DTB-senses tingling. He’s still a little raw, but he looks like a great complement to Aaron Gordon, assuming Orlando doesn’t jettison that dude at the trade deadline because of how the Magic are still not a playoff team.
That would be fine. Building around Bamba would be fine.
