No. I wanted the Bulls to lose again. They are supposed to be imploding. Look at how happy the bench looks while Bobby Portis dominates the Jazz. They are supposedly to be sitting sullenly, maybe halfheartedly clapping, secretly hating each other. They are not supposed to be happy. Their happiness is causing me the opposite emotion. Also I’m watching the Bucks get demolished right now so I’m kind of touchy anyway.
Doesn’t mean I can’t get hyped for this performance by Bobby Portis, though. Look at all those jumpers! Not just standstill jumpers, either: he took advantage of defenders flying at him at the three-point line (why????), taking a dribble or two and getting a better shot for himself. I thought the Jazz were a good defensive team? Or can they simply not handle the sudden addition of “moves” into Portis’ game?
