Two games with major minutes for Boban Marjanovic, two wins. Huh. How about that. It’s almost like, you play your good players, you win basketball games! Can’t Van Coach proved tonight that he CAN coach, but only if he’s not doing what he thinks he needs to do to win games. Oops!
At least we’re getting some primo Marjanovic highlights here at the end of the season instead of not at all. I was worried that the whole year would go by with only a handful of double-digit games for King Boban. I mean, that’s still gonna be what happens, because there are only, what, like two games left for the Pistons? I’m getting pissed all over again now. Instead of playing the insane physical specimen who causes a mismatch with whatever hopeless defender is guarding him, Can’t Van Coach let Andre Drummond be soft and throw doomed hooks in the general direction of the basket.
Someone needs to start one of those change.org petitions to have me installed as the new head coach of the Pistons. I promise to play Marjanovic as many minutes as he can handle. Also Darrun Hilliard will probably play all 48 while I sit and eat all the free concession-stand popcorn that will fit in my mouth.
