Whenever I make a video featuring Wesley Matthews, I just prepare for the fact that it won’t get any views. Not that I care about view counts, since I’m just making videos for my own enjoyment, but I know that I don’t need to try as hard writing a description when only 1,200 people will read it.
I can actually just type whatever I want here and it’s unlikely that anybody will ever call me on it. I could say that Matthews is the Blazers’ best player. I could say he’s their worst starter. I could say that he’s a top-five SG. I could say that he’s a below-average, overpaid SG. Is he a good defender? I don’t know, so I can just say he isn’t. Or that he is. Nobody will ever make a comment attempting to correct my mistaken impressions.
Did you know that Wesley’s parents are actually aliens? Now you do. They’re aliens from another planet, and they’re green like the inside of a kiwi. If you cut Wesley open, he’d be green on the inside too. Adam Silver should do something about this.
