I knew it! I knew that when JaMychal Green scored 8 points back when he was the Spurs, that I should withhold highlights until he did a little better. What faith I had in him, that he would eventually reach double digits in scoring for an NBA team.
My confidence pays off! 13 points is a lot for a guy like JaMychal. That’s not a diss; it’s just hard to see how he’s going to earn enough playing time to ever improve upon this, at least this season. I figured there would be one fluke game where he got an inexplicable amount of playing time, and this is it. 33 minutes is a ton for a guy who has only played 53 up until this point.
I won’t put “Career High” in the title, even though I probably should. My confidence in his ability to score more and more points has abruptly disappeared.
