Bojan Bogdanovic had a nice game tonight. That goes without saying, because these highlights are here in front of your eyeballs (or eyeball, you filthy pirate), and I don’t make highlights unless a player had at least a superficially nice game. But it was nice for Bogdanovic. 10 made field goals, and he did it using only three attempts to not make a single three. That’s borderline elite in a league where great players like Brook Lopez need twelve tries to not hit a triple.
For real though, it’s cool to see Bogdanovic do some of this mini-midrange stuff. Threes are obviously an important part of the NBA, so it’s great that he’s elite at those, but people are starting to notice the midrange game a little bit more this season. If he can be elite at that too, then all he needs to do is work on being elite at finishing around the rim.
Do I sense an offseason workout with Shaq?
