Drew Gooden just keeps having good(en) games. I don’t know how this is happening. I saw how bad he was in his last year in Milwaukee. I figured he was done. He’s not.
Eventually his hot outside shooting will cool off. Probably. But that’s what I’ve been thinking for the past few games and it hasn’t really happened yet. So who knows. Maybe he’ll just keep getting better and better until he’s scoring 20 a contest.
But it looks like he learned his lesson on that little celebration thing he was doing last game, after DeMarcus Cousins torched him and then mocked him. Which is a good thing. Players must be stoic at all times; even buzzer-beaters are no cause for celebration.
