Thanks to YouTube Analytics, I can see the country-by-country viewership breakdown of every video I make. Rarely am I surprised by its findings: Australians love Andrew Bogut. Mexicans love Gustavo Ayon. Germans love Dënniß ßchrööder. Bosnians love Mirza Teletovic. The Taiwanese love Amar’e Stoudemire.
Okay, that last one is a little weird. But the others all make sense.
Thanks to the advanced data at my disposal, I can state with confidence that it’s going to be mostly Australians that watch this video. Australians are, honestly, the biggest homers in all of of sports. They worship any athlete that their country manages to send overseas, even if they turn out not to be great. Hey, I understand. If the USA managed to cultivate an AFL player, I’d hype them up like nobody’s business.
G’day, mates!
