Jared Sullinger 23 Points Full Highlights (11/19/2014)

Some wise person once said, “you don’t know what you have until it’s gone.” That’s how I feel right now about Tommy Heinsohn. Sure, his dementia-induced rambling gets pretty annoying after the first twenty seconds, but there’s no other way to properly listen to a Celtics broadcast. Scalabrine is okay, but he doesn’t have that certain “Alzheimer’s” quality that Heinsohn possesses in abundance. I don’t know if this was just a one-game experiment or whatever, but Tommy had better be on the air for the next C’s game I watch. I don’t care if you have to break him out of his nursing home or whatever, just get it done. I want to hear him ramble. And, by god, if they ever get rid of Mike Gorman and his “GOT IT!”s, I’m going to start a riot.

Such was the magnitude of my grief that I don’t even have an opinion on Jared Sullinger’s play this game. I’m going to come up with something on the fly: he showcase a wide range of offensive talents, he rebounded well despite not being visibly athletic (nice way of saying “he jumps high for a fatty”), and he made some passes that he probably makes on the reg, but I didn’t know he could do that kind of stuff so it caught me by surprise at least.
