Perhaps tanking isn’t the right word. They simply don’t have any choice right now but to play their young players and hope for the best. This should excite fans, like myself, who tune in to Timberwolves games only to watch some combo of Wiggins, Bennett, and LaVine show flashes of greatness, amongst all the turnovers and bricked shots. I love me some K-Mart, but I don’t want to watch him when Andrew Wiggins could be out there taking (not making) the same shots.
