Wes Johnson needs to be more assertive. He gets thirty minutes a contest but can’t even average 10 PPG, even though his only talent coming out of college was scoring. Kobe Bean taking all the shots is hindering Wes just like it’s hindering everybody else, but if Wayne Ellington is scoring almost as much as you in half the time, you know you have problems.
Wes is now five years into his NBA career and his 27 years old. Is it safe to say that he is a bust? He could get better in the next few years, but he should be in his prime now, and he still isn’t all that great.
The jury has deliberated and the verdict is in: Wes Johnson is guilty of being a bust.
