But hidden in that bad pun is a salient point. His shot selection has been pretty crazy this year, especially with regards to three pointers. He has no business shooting some of these things, these are shots that only Curry is allowed to take. 36% from three isn’t bad at all, considering how hopeless he seemed his rookie year, but it could be better. Imagine if he just pretended he was Rasual Butler and only shot when open! We’d be talking about the next great young shooting guard.
Instead we’re talking about a guy with a funny name who takes and misses a bunch of shots.
