I know that Glen Davis has held the “NBA player who looks most like a turtle” crown for a long time, but there’s an overlooked player vying for that title who I feel like is being unfairly ignored by the media:
Jason Terry.
Yeah, Glen Davis has the fat body going for him, but Jason Terry has the perfectly round face that all turtles possess. Also, Glen Davis did that lip-licking thing that one time, which captured the mind of the ignorant viewing public and made them forget that his face is actually more rectangular than spherical. Jason Terry does not need to resort to gimmicks or trickery to look like a turtle. He just does.
That’s why I think this year’s PWLMLAT award has to go the Jet.
