OFFICIAL DTB CAREER PREDICTIONS: SHANE LARKIN EDITION
I predict that Shane Larkin will end up being one of those point guards who plays for seven teams in ten years and never scores more than four points per game for any of them. This prediction is already wrong because Larkin scored 6 PPG with the Knicks last year but I don’t care. I also predict that Larkin will start at least one game, but no more than four games, for each of those teams. He will also fail to surpass six feet in height, and thus will never dunk in-game. If Ish Smith, who is the same player only 3X better, can’t stick anywhere, it is unlikely that Larkin will ever last more than a season and a half with any given team.
Larkin will retire at age 29 having only appeared in two playoff games, the two he played with Dallas in his rookie year. In retirement he will coach high school teams for a few years and we will all forget about him.
Thus concludes DTB’s Official Career Predictions. I’m your host, DTB. Tune in next time.
