Enes Kanter 20 Points Full Highlights (1/25/2018)

Enes Kanter has to be one of the most layup-prone players in the league. During his time in Utah, he was not shy about shooting the midrange jumpers. He even extended his range to the three-point line right around the time he got traded to OKC. That’s what you expect from youngish players; they expand their range over time.

He’s given up on that now. It’s a shame, but it’s also kind of refreshing. With all these bigmen adding perimeter jumpers, it’s sort of nice to see one recognize his limitations (except he wasn’t even that bad at them) and remove it from his repertoire. He knows what he’s good at: layups, and little hooks in the paint. Sometimes dunks.

He had 20 tonight and guess what, it was all stuff in the paint. Are you surprised?
