Damyean Dotson 18 Points Full Highlights (11/5/2018)

The Knicks shook up their starting lineup a few games ago, and now it consists only of young, potential-y players (besides Vonleh, who will never be anything more than what he is right now). Tonight, it was Trier, Ntilikina, Robinson, Vonleh, and Damyean Dotson. That’s the kind of lineup that gets me excited. Buh-bye, Lance Thomas. You and Trey Burke can go away now.

It’s not like any of those players are that good right now, but by starting them, the Knicks are hastening their development. Again, besides Vonleh, who is done developing forever. But somehow, these rookie-heavy lineups are seeing some success. It’s not showing so much in terms of W’s, but Knicks fans have to be pleased. Think about how good everyone’s gonna be when Porzingis comes back next year!

Knicks fans can tell me if my theory that the Knicks are grooming Dotson to eventually replace a soon-to-be-traded Tim Hardaway Jr. has any merit. I bet if you told Dotson to chuck 25 times a game he could score 25 points too.
