It is common knowledge that Cleveland Cavaliers veterans said that Collin Sexton doesn’t know how to play the game. I rebut their assertion by saying that Collin Sexton DOES know how to play the game, as long as “how to play the game” is “shoot midrange jumpers”. Which it is. Everyone knows that, because that’s what Michael Jordan did and no one would dispute that he knew how to play the game.
It’s science.
The Cavaliers won this game against the Philadelphia 76ers. They did so because of the midrange chucking heroics of Sexton as well as the midrange/three chucking heroics of Rodney Hood. Watching this game, you wouldn’t know that the Cavaliers are one of the worst teams in the league and the 76ers are ECF contenders. Actually, I’ve been watching the 76ers all year and I still don’t know that they’re ECF contenders. So maybe they’re not. But they’re still better than the Cavaliers, except now I’m even doubting that because of the outcome of this game.
We can definitely say, without a doubt, that Sexton is better than Markelle Fultz. We can all agree on that. Indisputable.
