The Nets are broken again. Only one offseason removed from advancing to the second round of the playoffs, they look like the same old Nets as before. I blame, in descending order: Jason Kidd, Brook Lopez, Deron Williams, and Jerome Jordan.
Notice the absence of Mirza Teletovic in that list. That’s because he’s been pretty good this year, shooting way better from the field than before. He was rewarded tonight with a spot in the starting rotation, and he took advantage for 22 points. The Nets still lost, which might be saddening until you realize that the only thing that you really care about is how many points Mirza scores in any given night.
