Erick Green Career High 17 Points/7 Assists Full Highlights (4/15/2015)

Erick Green = Monta Ellis Lite? Based on this game, and his college career, I’m going to say that’s a fair comparison. I have no idea what the Nuggets are going to look like at the start of next season, but if it doesn’t include Erick Green getting thirty minutes per game at the two-guard next to Ty Lawson and then complaining to the media about not getting to handle the ball enough, I’m going to be more than a little disappointed. There also had better be a crushing starting frontcourt of Lauvergne and Nurkic, and I’m going to start a riot if J.J. Hickson doesn’t get traded somewhere where he can average 20 and 10 as the number one option instead of being disrespected like he is now.

Anyway, back to Erick. College scorers don’t always translate to the NBA, but I believe that Erick could buck that trend maybe a little bit. If not, well, China is always looking for failed volume scorers.
