Willie “Not Willis” Reed looks a lot like Greg Monroe. It’s almost uncanny. When I turned this game on and saw his face, my first thought was “sweet we finally traded that ballhog to the Nets”. Imagine my disappointment when it turned out to just be some random backup big thrust into the starting role because of injuries. Is it too late to trade Monroe to the Nets? I’d take back this dude, this “Willie Reed”, maybe throw in a pick (LOL Brooklyn has no picks never mind) and we have a deal.
Because I like what I see from Not Willis. A couple of dunks, a couple of blocks. Typical bigman stuff. Meanwhile, Karl-Anthony Towns wants to pretend he’s a white small forward by shooting long jumpers. Pffft. I like my centers angry-looking and prowling around the paint, thank you very much.
