Amir Johnson 18 Points Full Highlights (3/20/2016)

Amir Johnson has been in the league for ten years, but he’s only 28. He’s entering his prime right now, or maybe he’s already in his prime. Who knows. The point is, he’s both a longtime NBA veteran AND a player in his prime. That’s a killer combination. That’s the kind of combination where you let him have a bigger role in the offense than catching stuff near the rim. In Toronto he was the best player on the team in terms of impact on wins; he could rebound, he could defend, he could hit jumpers. He’s probably still doing those first two things, but this video has no jumpers in it, and I’m pretty sure he never shoots jumpers in Boston.

In conclusion these highlights are almost embarrassingly lame compared to any Amir Johnson videos you can find from his Toronto days. If this video disappears suddenly it’s because I deleted it.
