Jabari Parker 26 Points Full Highlights (3/6/2016)

After the first few months of the season went by with Jabari Parker only getting eight or ten shots per contest, the past month or so has seen Jabari become a more aggressive scorer. Look at these field goal attempt numbers: 23, 18, 15, 25, 10, 16, 15, 21, 19. Those are star numbers. The type of numbers that stars get.

I’m going to go out on a limb (although not a very long one) and say that this positive development has manifested itself solely because Greg Monroe got benched in favor of the Plumlord. Monroe was taking too many shots, and he stopped the ball too often with his insistence on getting the ball in the post. Giannis playing point guard has only improved a situation that was already improving.

It is clear what the Bucks must do in the offseason: trade Greg Monroe for Robin Lopez, trade MCW for a pair of stinky socks, trade Greivis Vasquez back to Venezuela (along with bonus asset: two crates full of toilet paper), and draft somebody with some picks or something. Or trade the picks. The draft is hard. Trades are easy. Sign-and-trade O.J. Mayo too. Once the Bucks do all these things, then comes the really hard part: coming up with a nickname for the Jabari-Giannis tandem. “The Fast Forwards”? It’s a start.
