Suns fans were, justifiably, not very pleased with Mirza Teletovic’s play to start the season. Even after considering that, just a few months previous, his lungs were filled to the brim with little clotty things, he wasn’t performing at a level that earned him any minutes at all.
Lucky for him, then, that Markieff Morris seems determined to wedge himself as deep into Hornacek’s doghouse as he can go. Just all the way in there, in that fascimile of a normal human abode, with the name “Markieff” carved on a board nailed over the dog-sized entrance. With that big oaf largely out of the picture, Mirza has stepped in and provided some sweet stretch-four type stuff along with Jon Leuer.
And now he’s hit a game-winning shot! Stock in the Mirza corporation is at an all-time high. Now’s the time to sell, before Markieff comes back and tanks it again.
