Seeing Jusuf Nurkic and Nikola Pekovic playing on the same court at the same time makes me so happy. We’ve been too long without their brand of Eastern European justice. Their methods might be different (Nurkic can jump and is more vocal with his intimidation), but the results are the same: control of the paint.
Pekovic might be close to done at this point, but Nurkic still has a lot of mileage left. If he can keep canning that jumper, I’d say that a good descriptor of him would be “White DeMarcus Cousins”.
