Corey Brewer 21 Points Full Highlights (3/12/2016)

Corey Brewer is shooting under 30% from three this year on three attempts per game. Normally I would rag on him hard for shooting all those shots which he clearly can’t make, but at this point I’m at the “acceptance” stage of the process. He’s basically shot 29% from three over the course of the last half-decade, so it’s obvious that he’s going to keep taking threes regardless of whether or not they’re working for him. If you want my opinion, which you implicitly consented to receiving when you began reading this description, Brewer should only shoot threes when he’s in the middle of scoring 51 points. Any other time is not an okay time for him to shoot threes.

It’s unfortunate for the Rockets that they also have Josh Smith, who suffers from the same problem but is perhaps an even more egregious offender. The only thing keeping them afloat at this point is the Herculean efforts of a certain large-bearded shooting guard.
