Boban Marjanovic 13 Points Full Highlights (3/26/2016)

This is not the offensive explosion I hoped for when Popovich placed Boban Marjanovic in the starting lineup. 13 points isn’t BAD, per se, but, being the optimist that I am, I anticipated more. I guess things just don’t come as easy against starters as they do against 4th-quarter scrub units.

That’s the main issue with Boban. Until he starts performing consistently well during non-garbage-time minutes, he’s not really going to be taken seriously by the basketball public. As it stands now, he’s a gigantic goofy-looking novelty. It’s a little late in the season for him to get regular meaningful minutes, so let’s hope that this is Tim Duncan’s final year and we can see a truly unleashed Boban next season.
