The Thunder commentators’ mention of Juan Carlos Navarro being Alex Abrines’ favorite shooter while growing up got me to thinking about how sweet a Navarro three-ilation would’ve been (he made 156 in his only NBA season) and how it sucks that the NBA isn’t opening up its vast game archives for the betterment of humanity.
Admittedly, if they did allow me to see all their old games, a Navarro three-ilation would be pretty low on the list of -ilations that I would have to do. Oh man. I don’t even want to think about it. I’d be like a kid in a candy store. It would definitely happen, though. Right after the Adam Morrison career bucket-ilation.
Navarro may seem like a weird choice for a shooting idol if you’re a total blithering moron who has no concept of a world outside of the USA. Everyone else, though, realizes quickly that both Abrines and Navarro are Spanish, but only one is from Majorca, where it is sunny and beautiful all the time and hot chicks just walk around in bikinis ALL THE TIME. Sometimes they only have the bottom part of the bikini, and don’t judge, that’s just how they do it over there.
Meanwhile, I’m done with women forever, but I wish they’d at least tempt me a little more right now because if I’m lucky I might see an outline of a curve underneath all the god-damn layers that they’re wearing. God damn winter.
