Danuel House 15 Points Full Highlights (12/13/2018)

The more I think about it, the more it seems to me that Danuel House is just a younger version of Gerald Green. House can dunk, he can shoot threes, he doesn’t do much else, and he’s got cornrows. Those are four big similarities between him and Green. This tandem hasn’t shown itself to be particularly devastating or anything, but I’m going to start calling them Greenhouse from now on. It just works too perfectly. So perfectly that I wouldn’t be surprised if some enterprising Rockets fan had already trademarked the phrase and is profiting off merchandise sales.

One thing that House falls short on in comparison to Green is the ability to execute head-above-the-rim windmill alley-oops in game situations. As far as I know, House has never done this in an officially-sanctioned NBA contest, while Green has done it at least once and possibly hundreds of times. James Harden is pretty good at throwing lobs, so House will just have to sit down with him and have a conversation about how they can make this happen.

The next step after that would be to have House and Green execute head-above-the-rim windmill alley-oops on subsequent plays. Ideally, House would do it first, then steal the ball, then be the one throwing the lob to Green so they can do it again. If done properly, this would be the most athletically amazing sequence in NBA history. My heart rate is increasing just thinking about it.
