Deandre Ayton 23 Points Full Highlights (12/19/2018)

The Suns are winning games. This is, by itself, not that surprising. They have some talented players and they did, after all, come in to the season with playoff aspirations (LMAO). Four victories in a row, capped by a surprisingly decisive road win over the “favorite” to go to the “Finals” out of the “Eastern conference”. That was the surprising part.

Or maybe not so surprising since they came so close last time they played Boston, eventually losing in overtime after a disastrous collapse. I guess they were just finishing what they started here tonight. I am currently browsing social media and enjoying all the angst spilling forth from bewildered Boston fans. That winning streak they went on had me subsisting on angst from other fanbases, which just isn’t as satisfying.

Deandre “Eight-Ton” Ayton dominated the first half of this one before cooling off/not getting as many touches in the second half. The Celtics are kinda lacking in functional big people right now, and I don’t know if Daniel Theis can actually handle a true 7-foot 8-ton beast like Ayton. Though sometimes I feel like Ayton could use his girth a little bit more; just back that big booty up right into the paint and dunk that thing. Like Shaq. Shaq did that in Phoenix, I’m pretty sure. And Devin Booker kinda looks like Steve Nash if you squint hard enough.
