Marcus Morris 31 Points Full Highlights (12/10/2018)

The Boston Celtics have re-found their mojo from last season. It was just a matter of time; they’ve got the talent level of a Finals contender. I’m not too sad about that, because I don’t feel any real rivalry (yet) between them and the Bucks, but I am sad in a secondary sort of way: it means not as many fun nights spent reading the angsty social media posts of Celtics fans in between making highlight videos!

They were getting pretty despondent a few weeks ago when they kept losing in baffling ways. No one was spared their vitriol. Even Brad Stevens was being questioned.

There wasn’t too much said about Marcus Morris, though. Some complaints about how he kept stubbornly shooting midrange jumpers that never ever went in, and griping about how he wasn’t scoring enough, but since he wasn’t (and isn’t) a true part of their core, he escaped most of the blame. It wasn’t his fault that the Celtics kept losing, except in the sense that if he was scoring 40 every game they probably wouldn’t have been losing.

I mean, see what happens when he scores 31? Instant, guaranteed win.
